Awarded on the occasion of the 50th Rose Trial in The Hague and chosen by the International Selection Committee from all past Golden Roses of The Hague.

Amber Queen (syn. Prinz Eugen van Savoyen) (HARoony) is a Floribunda from Harkness of England. The 4 inch, fragrant, apricot blend blooms are cupped and ruffled. It was awarded the Golden Rose of The Hague in 1991.
